Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: 25 August 2026. These Terms govern access to BidYT and every bid. Please read them before listing a channel or making a payment.
1. Agreement
BidYT is operated by @devsarun_ai. By using the service, checking the legal box, placing a bid, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. How BidYT works
BidYT is a paid public discovery board for YouTube channels. Your completed total bid decides your position; higher bids rank above lower bids; ties may be resolved by the time of the qualifying payment. If someone bids higher, your listing may move down but can remain visible at the position your paid total supports. Rankings, click counts, and stats may be delayed, corrected, or unavailable. BidYT does not guarantee impressions, clicks, subscribers, engagement, sales, revenue, or growth.
3. Your channel and authority
Submit only a handle that you own, control, or are expressly authorized to promote. You grant BidYT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and link the submitted handle. This does not transfer ownership of your YouTube channel to BidYT.
4. YouTube / Google platform risk
BidYT is independent of YouTube and Google and cannot control their rules, algorithms, enforcement, or decisions. You are solely responsible for your channel, content, security, and compliance with YouTube policies. YouTube may act on any account at any time; to the fullest extent permitted by law, BidYT and its operator are not liable for such actions.
5. Payments, taxes and refunds
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, subject to their own terms and privacy policy. Amounts are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. When raising an existing listing, you generally pay the difference between your prior paid total and the new total. Once successfully applied, bids are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Taxes or conversion charges may be added at checkout.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not use BidYT for impersonation, unauthorized listings, IP or privacy infringement, illegal or harmful content, malware, analytics manipulation, service interference, payment evasion, chargeback abuse, harmful scraping, or any violation of law. We may reject, hide, suspend, correct, or remove a listing; freeze a ranking; or cooperate with legal requirements.
7. Third-party services
BidYT links to YouTube channels and relies on third parties including Cashfree. We are not responsible for third-party sites, outages, policies, or actions.
8. Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, pause, discontinue, or restrict any part of it — including rankings and features. Obvious pricing, ranking, payment, or data errors may be corrected.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidYT disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and availability. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidYT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, subscribers, or opportunity; or damages arising from third-party platforms. Total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific transaction in question.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BidYT and its operator from claims arising from your submitted handle, your channel or content, your breach of these Terms, or a violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. If any provision becomes unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
